How does The Dream Mile run/walk work?
Walkers and runners are all ages and participants can walk as individuals, families, groups, work teams and more. Refreshments are available before the Walk and Run and throughout the course, and volunteers are stationed along the Walk route to ensure that walkers stay on course.

How long is the Run/Walk?
There is a 5K path, a 10K trail and Half Marathon route.

Can my kids participate?

What should I wear?
Comfortable shoes, a hat, sunglasses and extra sunscreen. Serious runners wishing to participate in the Race should wear their running gear.

Is the Run/Walk a race?
Yes, The Dream Mile is a Race with USATF certified trail and Timing provided by a professional firm. Winners in each category will receive medals as prizes. However if you do not wish to run, you may still walk the trail at your own pace. We just request the "walkers" to please give way to the runners so they may be able to keep their timing.

What happens if it rains on the day of the event?
The event goes on. If it rains hard and it becomes too difficult to run/walk, the route will be shortened.

Is this Race stroller friendly?
Yes, you can bring your kids in the storller. However please be mindful of other runners and stay towards the side on the trail.
